The company

Built for Retail is a trading name of Bettapak, the Melbourne warehouse operation founded in 2006. The business operates from Dandenong South, Victoria: a HACCP-certified facility that is AFOSA and SEDEX audited, providing 3PL, contract packing and retail fulfilment for national consumer brands.

In 2026, Bettapak was named E-commerce 3PL and 4PL Services of the Year in APAC by Retail Business Review, and listed among its Top Retail Logistics Companies in APAC.

How we work with retailers

Built for Retail does not represent, and is not endorsed by, any retailer named on this site. Retailer names and marks identify the channels we help brands prepare for and supply into, nothing more. Every ranging decision rests with the retailer's buyer, and no engagement with us guarantees a ranging outcome.

Confidentiality

Client work is confidential by default. We name a client, show its imagery or describe its results only with that brand's permission, and detailed evidence of past work is shared in meetings rather than published. Commercial and sales data is visible only to a named account team, with access logged.

Interests and independence

Our founders hold outside brand interests, including Australian Glow, which is the founder's own brand and is identified as such wherever it appears on this site. We maintain a register of interests, we do not launch or own a brand in a category where we serve a client, and we do not pitch categories where a founder already holds one.

Imagery

Product and brand imagery on this site is used with each brand's permission. The warehouse and shelf illustrations are drawn schematics of our operation, used until documentary photography is published. Campaign imagery is identified as campaign imagery wherever it appears.

Performance claims

We publish measured service performance data once ninety days of it exists, and not before. Until then, this site describes what we do and how we price it, not performance statistics.
