This website stores nothing about you by default. The contact form composes an email from your own mail client; the Retail Readiness Check runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing anywhere.

If you email us, we hold your correspondence to answer it and to perform any engagement that follows. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask to join. Newsletter subscriptions are used for the newsletter and nothing else, and every issue carries an unsubscribe link.

Client sales data is handled under contract: named account team, logged access, audit rights, as described on our services pages.
